The first Turkish real estate company based in Qatar has been established.

Dear Mr. Zeynel, could you please introduce yourself and Anatolia Real Estate providing service to Qatar and GCC countries?

I was born in Istanbul in 1959. I live in Antalya/Turkey. I have been working as a professional executive and entrepreneur for approximately 30 years. I am graduated from Galatasaray High School and Istanbul University Economy Department, and I speak Turkish, English and French. Being the first Turkish real estate company in Qatar, Anatolian Real Estate WLL. finished establishment processes in 2014 and started its operations in Doha since then. Considering that foreign company establishment process is being so detailed day by day, we have the opportunity of being the first foreign company of our subject. Anatolian Real Estate WLL’s main subject of activity is the introduction of Turkish personal and institutional portfolios to the Qatari investors. Why did you prefer to settle in Qatar? What does Qatar think about Real Estate possibilities in Turkey?

It is known that Qatari and GCC citizens have interest in Real Estate investments in Turkey recently. The Real estate sector in Turkey has had a significant production and expanding trend due to the efforts of production companies and other sectoral members. Considering the economic, political conjuncture and bilateral relations, it is possible to state that Qatari investors’ interest to Turkish Real Estate is increasing. Could you give some information about your company’s portfolio?

The interest to Turkish real estate market from this geography is not limited residence sales. According to our statistics, investments on commercial/office rent returnable besides personal purchases has a significant rate. Although our portfolio range is mostly residential, we offer solutions for other kinds of demands. Moreover, our range includes lands suitable for commercial and residential projects. We also have the authority of sharing safe and trustworthy information about the real estates in the pearl of Istanbul, Bosporus. Where do foreigners mostly prefer or plan to buy houses in Turkey?

Istanbul’s privilege is inarguable on this subject. Istanbul, with its magnificent natural and historical beauties, will always continue to be the pupil of foreigners and especially the Arab geography. Of course, Bosporus has a significant importance in Istanbul, however it shouldn’t be forgotten that the prices are rather demanding. In addition, Esenyurt, Başakşehir and Bahçeşehir are taking attention recently. Besides, Black Sea, Aegean and Mediterranean regions are gathering attention too. We may open a brackets for Antalya that İt is the 5th biggest city of Turkey, and the most important tourism city of Turkey. Half of the 25 million tourists coming to Turkey prefer Antalya, where tourists may swim even in winter, and ski at the same time. What would you recommend to our readers who plan to purchase real estate in Turkey?

Purchasing a real estate not only in Turkey but also in a foreign country is a kind of investment. The most important issue that the investors should pay attention is that they are responsible for their choices. So, the most proper decision would be to gather the necessary research, detailed information without any hurry from corporate authorised companies. It is reality that there are unauthorised and uninformed only speaking Arabic agents in the real estate sector in Turkey. Thus, it is crucial not to contact these agents. The main reason of our company to be settled here in Qatar far away from Turkey is to present the true and most proper real estate investment information for Qatari and GCC countries citizens. SATISFACTION of our investors is our main aim; this leads us provide awareness.
